This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the use of the banlek.com website and the purchase of photos made available by Banlek Inc., 6751 Forum Drive, Suite 240, Orlando, FL, US 32821.
By accessing or using our website, the user accepts these terms.
Products and Prices
Banlek is a marketplace: the photos are captured, published and priced by the photographers, who remain the owners of their copyright.
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), including applicable taxes where required by law.
Prices may change at any time, and the applicable price will always be the one shown at the time of purchase.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment is processed electronically on the platform and may involve payment providers and intermediary banks.
Delivery
The photos are digital. Once payment is confirmed, they become available for download in your account, without the watermark applied to preview images.
There are no shipping costs or delivery times.
Availability for download depends on the photographer keeping the content on the platform. We recommend downloading and keeping a copy of your files.
Use of the photos purchased
Photos are sold for the buyer's personal use, which includes keeping the files, printing them and posting them on social media.
The purchase does not transfer copyright, which remains with the photographer.
Any other purpose — in particular journalistic, promotional or business use — requires the specific authorisation of the photographer, of the person portrayed or of any third party holding rights over the photo.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the law, the consumer has 14 days from receiving the order to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].
Liability
Banlek is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the photos purchased, nor for the origin and lawfulness of the content published by photographers.
Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
